Verafide was founded with the ambition to solve the issues around existing verifiable credentials data.

In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were awarded funding from Innovate UK, the UK's innovation agency to realise our ambition. Since then, we have been working to build digital trust and resolve the inefficiencies in how credentials data is created, shared and verified.

Our Mission

We believe verifiable digital credentials benefit every country, company and citizen in the world.

Our mission is to create digital trust, giving businesses and individuals the confidence to share data in a secure and privacy-preserving way.

Our Partners

We’re working with tech leaders, academics and health professionals to fight the spread of COVID-19 and ensure vaccine credentials are interoperable and digitally verifiable.

Linux Foundation Public Health

Linux Foundation Public Health builds, secures, and sustains open source software to help public health authorities combat COVID-19 and future epidemics. We are part of the foundation’s Implementer’s Forum where technology partners share advice and best practices.
